Ariana Grande becomes a gym guru in the steamy video for her new single “Side to Side” featuring Nicki Minaj. The pair performed a live version of the video at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards.Pop star, rapper sang Caribbean-influenced “Side to Side” from Grande’s new album ‘Dangerous Woman’
The clip begins with Grande as a spin class instructor. She performs choreography on top of the bike with her backup dancers until they take it to a gym where everyone is in boxing gear. Minaj is seen only in the sauna where she is surrounded by muscular men who look and act like semi-sentient Ken dolls.
“Side to Side” is the latest single off Grande’s third album Dangerous Woman, which was released in May. Future, Lil Wayne and Macy Gray also appeared on the mature LP. Minaj’s most recent album was 2014’s The Pinkprint. She has mostly laid low during 2016 though she has made several guest appearances on songs, including Yo Gotti’s “Down in the DM (Remix)” and DJ Khaled’ “Do You Mind.”
