Florence + The Machine has released an ethereal music video for their new single “Big God” as an Apple Music exclusive.
Directed by Autumn de Wilde and choreographed by Adam Khan and leadwoman Florence Welch, the haunting video features Florence floating magically through a path of watercolor-clad women, and showing off her interpretive dance moves in a reflective pool of water.
Welch recently described the song as being about “obviously, an unfillable hole in the soul…but mainly about someone not replying to my text.” The track, along with other previously-released singles “Hunger” and “Sky Full of Song,” will appear on Florence + The Machine’s upcoming album High as Hope, out on June 29.
